Basierend auf dem mobilen Kommunikationsstandard Bluetooth, ermöglicht der Bluetooth Dispenser das Versenden von mobilen Dateien auf bluetooth-aktivierte Handys in der Nähe. So können sich Interessenten an Ihrem POS oder POI z.B. Video- und Audiodateien, aber auch einfache WAP-Links, Kalendereinträge, Voucher oder Gewinngutscheine und anderen mobilen Content auf ihr Handy laden.
Die Übertragung ist schnell (bis zu 1Mbit/s), sicher (die Übertragung erfolgt nur, wenn der Empfänger es will) und für den Benutzer völlig gratis.
Der Bluetooth Dispenser ist standardmässig in eine elegante Lichtsäule eingebaut, lässt sich aber auch in vorhandene Aussenwerbung- oder POS-Elemente integrieren. Ausser einem Stromanschluss mit 220V sind keine Installationen erforderlich.
